If you are not entirely satisfied with your order please return your unworn and unwashed item within 30 days, including the packing slip with your name, order ID and your request, to the below address:

Please note you will need to obtain a proof of postage from your local postal office in case of loss in post.

Once we have received your items back, we will either process a refund or an exchange - if it is an exchange you will receive an email. Refunds take 3-5 to be processed back to your original payment method.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Over the Christmas season we understand that you may need a little bit longer to return items for an exchange or a refund. Any items ordered from 1st November can be returned up until January 31st - plenty of time for a size swap!

Right To cancel:

On top of our easy returns policy, our EU customers have a legal right to cancel their order with us, you have up to 14 calender days after receiving your goods to cancel with us.
