Equality: Everybody is equal; we are a team and all people. No-one is above you and no-one is below you. Please treat all people equally, we are a team, on the same side. We don’t have reserved parking for certain individuals, no one is indispensable.

Flexibility: so everyone wins. We want to help you as far as we can by reducing unnecessary rigid structures. We cannot guarantee when we will need you, and we appreciate it. We try to make you feel as free as possible, so if you need to do something in your own time, you can always clock out and go and do your task so you are not to restricted by your working hours. The other thing we try to do is tell us what hours you are able/happy to work, so we can fit our schedule in with yours.

Customer Service. The customer feeds us. If it weren’t for the customer, our business would not exist and we wouldn’t have a job. Everything we do should be aimed at pleasing the customer, from printing shirts properly to being patient when they can get annoyed by a miscommunication or misunderstanding. If we don’t please the customer, someone else will and the party will be over.

Work for fun and to achieve should be the key motivational feature. You should enjoy work and the reason to come to work in the morning is to achieve something and get that great feeling of achievement. If you are motivated by long term success you are in the right place.

Bureaucracy & Waste cutting. We hate unneeded inflexible structures which hold people back and tick people off. We try to be cost-conscious

You are on commission. Even if you are on salary pay, you are still on commission, because as always if we don’t perform the customer will not use us again, No company can afford to carry people. If your job isn’t carried out correctly and the customer gets a substandard service/product then they well not return, and even worse tell others not to use us. Also, the better you perform, the further through the company.

Long term thinking We wouldn’t be doing our job properly if we were cavalier with money. So we try to keep your jobs secure as we can so we can invest as much money possible for the long term benefits for everyone involved with CharGrilled
